Harry’s leadership has been instrumental in securing high-impact partnerships with lululemon, the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, and the Canadian National Railway, among others. With a background in fashion and business, his passion for culture and community have become the pillars of the projects and initiatives he led, which place inclusivity at the forefront of the strategy process, ensuring that diverse communities are empowered and engaged.
Joanna Chevalier is a creative director with over 15 years' experience in the creative industry, specializing in fashion, art direction and experience design. At Never Was Average, she creates inclusive and impactful activities and initiatives that combine art, wellness and community.
She began her career in fashion and now focuses on organizing transformative experiences that encourage self-reflection. Joanna holds a DEC in Fashion Marketing and certificates in Business Launching and Creativity & Innovation, in addition to training in facilitation and trauma-informed practices. Her career has been widely acclaimed, including Black History Month and nominations for prestigious awards. She also leads mentoring programs for youth and advocates holistic mental health care.
