Ariane began her career in London after completing a BA in Graphic Design at Central Saint Martins in 2011. Initially drawn to the fashion industry, she started out at Vivienne Westwood. Upon returning to Montreal, she collaborated closely with fashion designer Rad Hourani for two years on an eponymous book and a subsequent exhibition. During that time, she also joined the Aldo Group to work on Shellys London and later on Little Burgundy. In 2016, following a period of freelance work with agencies like Lg2 and Cossette, she was recruited to join Sid Lee in Toronto. In 2019, she joined Wedge, where she remained until 2023. In January 2024, she co-founded Martha with design partner Guillaume Lavallée. Together, they collaborate with brands such as Sheertex, Greenpeace, Bioitalia, Les Printemps du MAC, Ada, WeCook, Notion, Etc.

Guillaume is a self-taught graphic designer. With nearly 10 years of experience in the industry, he strives to develop unique brand identities that emphasize human interaction, typographic rigor, impact, and contrast with everyday life. In 2017, he co-founded the highly acclaimed studio Demande Spéciale, which he led for 5 years and where he secured major mandates for Frank And Oak, MAPP Montreal, and Bravo Musique. He has also collaborated with studios and agencies such as Studio Beau, Cossette, Baillat Studio, Lg2, Jones Knowles Ritchie, and The New Company. In January 2024, he co-founded Martha.
